How to Sugar Decoration
What is it called when you heat sugar, most likely with a little water,
then while its hot, drape it over two metal pole like thing one the edge
of a counter, to make a web like decoration with sugar or almost like
cotton candy..?l hope this is clear, l a little confused myself... please,
if you know, also give me link to sites that tell me how to do this. Thank
